Group Fitness
Our group fitness classes offer a variety of Strength and Conditioning classes, boxfit, cardio and pilates. We also run junior classes for 10-16 year olds as well as an Over 60s class.
We have group fitness memberships available or you can drop in for casual visits.
Classes are a great way to get a workout done with the guidance of a coach and the support of a community.
24/7 Gym
Our 24/7 gym offers flexibility to come and get your workout in any day, any time. We have a range of free weights, plate & pin loaded machines and cardio machines to make sure you can get your workout done and stay consistent with your goals.
A face-to-face induction is required before your first visit.
Group fitness area is able to be used outside of class times.
