Our group fitness offers a variety of Strength and Conditioning classes, boxfit, junior classes and over 60s. We have memberships available or casual class passes. These are a great way to get a workout in with the help of a coach and support of a community

If rocking up to classes at a certain time, not having to worry about what workout to program or just needing an extra push or encouragement appeals to you then group fitness might be just the perfect fit for you.
Our strength classes are held every Monday and Thursday under a coaches guidance so you can work on your form while having a great workout in a social setting.
Our cardio classes are always changing to be fun, yet challenging. You may never know what your going to get with these but rest assure that they are suitable for all abilities and fitness levels
Boxfit classes area mix of boxing and cardio. These are great for coordination but also fun. You don’t realise how hard your working when your brain is thinking of its next boxing combo.
Our group classes are filled with a lot of membership holders attending 3+ classes a week. Membership holders will get first preference over casuals. Please note that classes won’t be live to book until we have filled most membership spots. If your interested in a membership spot, please contact us for more details.

Group Fitness FAQs

Our group fitness class is a structured workout program led by a qualified Personal Trainer/S&C Coach, where clients engage in exercise routines together. These classes can vary in intensity, format, and focus, and are typically done in a group setting for motivation and camaraderie.

Group fitness classes come in many formats, including:
Cardio: HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training), circuit training
Strength Training: Using weights, resistance bands, bodyweight. All our strength classes are catered for different strengths.
Boxfit: A mix of boxing with pads & Gloves, and cardio
Over 60s Strength: A slower paced weight based class focused on providing key movements to strengthen muscles to maintain as much health and longevity moving forward
Junior Strength and Conditioning: These classes are for our 10-16 year olds. At this age we are learning basic movement patterns, learning body awareness and starting our relationship with exercise to make sure it’s safe and enjoyable. Difficulty will increase as they progress.

No, group fitness classes are designed for all fitness levels. Our trainers often provide modifications for beginners and more challenging options for advanced participants. It’s always a good idea to check with the instructor before class if you have any concerns.

Towel (optional, but useful for wiping sweat)

Our classes are all between 45 minutes - 1 hour

Depending on your membership/package you may be credited to rebook at a later date. This will depend if you have cancelled in our required cancelation period
